Opened in 2016, professional chef of 6 years, Michael Ché has opted to new heights creating innovative ways of elevating new interesting flavors and textures of the French Macaron. As the Executive Pastry Chef, Michael ensures he only uses the finest ingredients with the combination of traditional methodologies to create a unique macaron that is at the Premier League of pastries. His passion and love for art/food shows within his work accompanied with the experience of over a decade being raised within the industry. Michael is a chef who knows no boundaries and will commit himself into developing the "perfect macaron".
